Due to our business success, BKPare looking to expand its operations team by recruiting an experienced,talented, results driven operations administrator to assist and support both thetransport and operations departments and to ensure a high level of customerservice is provided at all times to our clients.
To work alongside the TransportManager; undertaking all the administrative duties to ensure crucial and legal documentationis up to date, in order and followed through using the correct procedures andprocesses.
Day to day duties of theoperations and transport department involve professional inbound and outbound callhandling and providing outstanding customer care and support, booking inclearances/collections, confirmation of paperwork, filing, invoicing, and orderprocessing with suppliers.
The ideal candidate will be a wellpresented, computer literate individual with at least three years operations/administrationexperience and although not essential, experience within the waste industrywould be desirable. They must be a meticulousadministrator with an eye for detail, a quick and confident learner, a teamplayer with the passion and drive to assist with the achievement of companysales targets and also have the ability to work on their own initiative whenrequired.
