Here at BKP, we have a bespoke site treatment permit supported by specialist equipment to treat a variety of waste streams.
We handle and recover a wide variety of wastes from the marine sector. Our treatment facility allows us to handle cargo slops, bilge waste oils and other marine fuels. Being based close to many of the major UK ports we are ideally situated to support the marine sector.
How does it work?
The waste is sampled and analysed to determine the most appropriate treatment method. Solids can be removed with chemical treatment, centrifugation, or dewatering methods. Oils or separate phases are recovered using bespoke treatment techniques.
